Kata II: High Awareness, Form and Fitness. Requires higher level of fitness than Kata I. More asanas, pranayama, bandhas, awareness of chakra energy, grounding into Earth. Asanas: Standing balances, Arm balances, Inversions, Twists, Forward Bends, Back Bends, Seated, Resting, Sun Salutations.
