Background

I offer motivated clients individual, planned massage therapy programs for supreme wellness, designed for your optimal health, athletic and artistic performance, longevity, and well-being. For many years, I have been a dancer, athlete, singer, actor, yogi, Tai Chi practitioner, and professional musician. I understand the needs of the professional athlete, yogi (yogini), dancer, singer, and musician very well. I have been practicing yoga from the early 70s.

I attended East-West College of the Healing Arts, where I completed the core curriculum plus advanced courses in Asian Massage Therapy, completing the 801 hour massage therapy training program, graduating in March 2006 with high marks. East-West College is the only massage school in the State of Oregon to have the highly sought-after COMTA accreditation (Commission on Massage Therapy Accreditation), which indicates a very high level of training in Massage Therapy. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Oregon (LMT), and also Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB).

I am a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. In the spring of 2007, I completed a rigorous 8 month yoga teacher training program at The Expanding Light. I have been practicing Yoga for over 30 years.
